PP Spun Filter Cartridge
Dev Filter Technology manufactures thermally-bonded Melt Blown PP Spun Filter Cartridges constructed from 100% pure polypropylene microfibers. Designed without chemical binders or adhesives, these cartridges feature a progressive density structure—coarser on the outer surface and finer towards the inner core. This structure maximizes dirt-holding capacity, protects RO membranes, and ensures excellent chemical compatibility for water, solvents, and chemical slurries.

PP String Wound Filter Cartridge
Engineered for high-temperature and heavy-dirt loading applications, our PP String Wound Filter Cartridges are fabricated by precision-winding polypropylene yarn around a sturdy PP or stainless steel central core. The resulting diamond-pattern matrix provides true depth filtration with high mechanical stability, preventing particle bypass under high differential pressure and aggressive industrial fluids.

PP Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridge

CTO Activated Carbon Block Cartridge
Specially engineered for Chlorine, Taste, and Odor (CTO) removal, our Activated Carbon Block Cartridges combine high-density extruded activated carbon with outer non-woven pre-filtration sleeves. These cartridges effectively absorb free chlorine, organic VOCs, color, and volatile impurities while simultaneously capturing fine particulates, delivering crystal-clear water and protection for commercial RO systems.
